Release in 1989 as part of Takara's Victory portion of the Generation 1 continuity, Blacker, and by extension Road Caesar, were only available in Japan and never released in the United States. Blacker combines with Brave and Laster to form the very rare Road Caesar figure. This figure comes complete still sealed in the box!
