Released in 2008 Ratchet was an exclusive Mail-Away figure in Japan. The figure comes complete with all accessories, instructions, un-applied sticker sheet, and box/tray. The figure is in great shape, missiles still on the tree! The box does show a bit of wear from age/storage, but nothing that will detract from it's ability to be displayed.
