Transformers Estrela: Orange Pick-Up/Gears (Brazilian Exclusive)
Released by Estrela in Brazil, “Pick-Up” was available in two different colorations: the original toy’s blue-and-red, or orange-and-lighter-orange. This release lacks the Autobot symbols, instead having a variation of the original Microchange groin-sticker in robot mode. This sticker is of considerably cheaper quality, and is rarely left on loose samples.
Released in 1985, Pick-Up is a Brazilian exclusive redeco of the Generation 1 Gears mold. This figure comes from my personal collection, and hasn’t even been displayed since I purchased it.
These South American Minibot variants are extremely hard to come by, and make the perfect conversation piece for any G1 Collection. Don’t miss your chance to own this vary hard to find piece at a great price.
