Released in 2004, Stepper was a Japanese exclusive figure, until Hasbro reissued him in their Commemorative Series line as Ricochet. This is also the first time that the figure had been reissued in Japan as well. The figure is in great shape, nothing broken, all accessories still on the trees, stickers un-applied, and instructions still in the baggie. The box does show a slight bit of wear from age/storage, but will still display very well. The booklet is also still attached to the box well.
