  • How do I place an order?
    • Simply click the Add To Cart button where you will be taken to our eBay listing.
  • How Are Payments Processed?
    • Payments are processed through eBay’s payment system.
  • Do I need an eBay account to make a purchase?
    • No, you can check out as a guest without ever creating an eBay account.
  • Why do you use eBay to process orders and payments?
    • Quite frankly we don’t have the infrastructure to keep up with the constant security changes it takes to safely process credit card information. We don’t want the liability of a security breach, and we want you to have the peace of mind that your payment information is being properly handled. Additionally eBay automatically collects & remits sales tax to the proper authorities on our behalf, so why not utilize their already existing infrastructure?
  • When will my item ship?
    • Our stated shipping time is 2-3 business days. We generally ship the next day after payment is received, however there are times that this is simply not possible, but your order will ship within 3 business days max.
  • How will you ship my items?
    • We ship using USPS via the method selected at checkout. During peak shipping times (such as Xmas) we may substitute UPS or FedEx at no extra charge to ensure that your order arrives to you in a timely manor. 
  • Do you accept international orders?
    • Yes! International orders are processed through eBay’s International Shipping (eIS) program, and we are happy to ship our items to any country that they service.
  • How does eBay’s International Shipping (eIS) program work?
    • Through eBay’s International Shipping program we send your item to an eBay shipping hub. eBay then transports the item to the destination country and facilitates local delivery.
  • How will my item be packed?
    • As collectors ourselves we recognize the importance of packing. All items will be packed with plenty of protective materials to ensure that they will arrive in the same condition that they were shipped.
  • Is this item in stock, or is it a pre-order?
    • Given the nature of pre-order items and the issues that may arise when a supplier may have over sold and item, or production delays, we do not do pre-order sales. All of our items are in stock and ready to ship.
