Quite frankly we don’t have the infrastructure to keep up with the constant security changes it takes to safely process credit card information. We don’t want the liability of a security breach, and we want you to have the peace of mind that your payment information is being properly handled. Our stated shipping time is 2-3 business days. We generally ship the next day after payment is received, however there are times that this is simply not possible, but your order will ship within 3 business days max.
We generally ship via USPS, however during peak shipping times (such as Xmas) we may substitute UPS or FedEx at no extra charge to ensure that your order arrives to you in a timely manor.
While we do offer quite a few imported items, all of our inventory is located in (and ships from) inside The United States. We are located in North-West Ohio, specifically the small town of Tiffin. Yes it’s as boring here as it sounds, but on the plus-side it gets really cold here in the Winter… so we’ve got that going for us. LOL.
As collectors ourselves we recognize the importance of packing. All items will be packed with plenty of protective materials to ensure that they will arrive in the same condition that they were shipped.
Given the nature of pre-order items and the issues that may arise when a supplier may have over sold and item, or production delays, we do not do pre-order sales. All of our items are in stock and ready to ship.
If your shipping address is within The United States no Tariff/Customs charges will be due. As the importer of record we handle all customs paperwork and payments when our items enter the country. All these things are taken care of by us so that you don’t have to worry about them!
If you are located outside of The United States, Customs clearance is handled by eBay’s International Shipping Program (eIS), and Customs Duties/VAT will be applied to your order according to your country’s import laws.
