  • How Are Payments Processed?
    • Payments are processed via PayPal as a Goods & Services transaction.
  • Do I need a PayPal account to make a purchase?
    • You do not need a PayPal account to make a purchase. PayPal is simply our payment processor, you can use any major credit card through PayPal at checkout.
  • Why do you use PayPal to process payments?
    • PayPal is one of the oldest, and most secure, online payment processors. As such they provide top notch purchase protection for both sellers & buyers.
  • Do you store my credit card information?
    • No, all payments are processed through PayPal. PayPal handles all sensitive information regarding your payment source(s). We simply receive a payment notification from PayPal when a purchase is made, and are not given any information regarding your payment source.
  • When will my item ship?
    • Our stated shipping time is 2-3 business days. We generally ship the next day after payment is received, however there are times that this is simply not possible, but your order will ship within 3 business days max.
  • How do you ship items?
    • We ship using USPS via the method selected at checkout. During peak shipping times (such as Xmas) we may substitute UPS or FedEx at no extra charge to ensure that your order arrives to you in a timely manor. 
  • Do you accept international orders?
    • At this time we only ship within the United States. 
  • How will my item be packed?
    • As collectors ourselves we recognize the importance of packing. All items will be packed with plenty of protective materials to ensure that they arrive to you in the same condition that they were shipped.
  • What do I do if there is a problem with my order?
    • These situations are far & few in between, but things do happen. In the event of a mistake, or damage during shipping, please contact us via email, and we will do everything in power to ensure that you are happy with your order.

  • Is this item in stock or is it a pre-order?
    • Given the nature of pre-orders, and the issues that may arise when a supplier may have over sold an item, we do not do pre-order sales. All of our items are “on hand” and ready to ship.
