Our Story
It was early in 2006 when I first “re-discovered” the Transformers toy line. My absolute favorite childhood toys were back on the shelves again! It started off with one… and then two… and then… well… I may have went a bit overboard! It didn’t take long before I discovered what I still consider to be my “online home” TFW2005 (Check it out, it’s still pretty awesome). I quickly outgrew what was available at retail, and started to buy/sell on various collector sites to feed my addiction lol. After a while it became evident that I needed a place to centralize the the things I had for trade/sale, and so I started a page on my blog (PlastiqueFreak.com) to keep everything in one place. As I started selling more it quickly took over my personal site, and I needed separate the two… that’s when The Plastique Boutique was born!
