These 100% figures were released in August 2017 as part of a Happy Kuji campaign. Japanese Kuji (くじ) are Lottery Style contests wherein you have to purchase a “lottery ticket” to determine which figure you will receive from the set. The figure comes complete, however the packaging was damaged, so it is being sold as an open item.
