Happy Kuji/Disney Princess Series: #16 Tiana Ornament (The Princess And The Frog). In a collaboration Disney & the Happy Kuji Company, these figures were released in November 2021 as part of a Kuji campaign exclusive to Japan. Japanese Kuji (くじ) are Lottery Style contests wherein you have to purchase a “lottery ticket” to determine which figure you will receive from the set. The figure comes complete with stand, however the packaging was damaged during shipping so it is being sold in opened condition.
