Monster Strike Izanami Zero: High Quality Lucifer PVC Statue. Figure comes complete in the box. The figure is in great condition, and would make an awesome addition to any collection. There is a bit of wear on the box from age/storage, most notably there is a dent in the top/lid (see pictures), but it will still display fine if you choose to keep it boxed.
