Tokyo Guns Pixtoons: Quacker Black (Japanese Import) *Open/Complete*
Tokyo Guns Pixtoons: Quacker Black (Japanese Import)
Released in the the early 2000’s, this figure was part of the Pixtoons line designed by urban artist Takumi Iwase in Japan. Takumi Iwase works under the name Tokyo Guns and is known for creating stylized, often edgy, designer vinyl figures and toys. These figures are known as collectible urban vinyl, with products sometimes self-produced or created with manufacturers like Flying Cat. The figures in this series draw inspiration from various pop culture icons reimagined with a punk or biker aesthetic, and as such this figure is often referred to as “Devil Duck” or “Devil Donald”.
The figure comes complete, but does show a bit of wear due to age/storage. Most notably there are a few scuffs and some spots where paint has rubbed off onto it from other figures it was stored with. Please see photos.
