Tammy’s Family: Tammy
Released in the 1960’s, this vintage Tammy doll appears to be in complete condition (please see photos). The doll does come with a vintage Tammy stand however it does not appear to be the correct version for this doll. The stamp on the back of the head reads “Ideal Toy Corp BS-12” while the stamp on her body says, “Ideal Toy Corp BS-12 2”. These markings indicate that it is an early factory mold, and the hair is rooted in the first issue style. While the packaging and paperwork have been lost to time, this 12 inch doll will display well in any vintage doll collection.
