Wheelie (1986)
In just a few steps, Wheelie’s G1 toy / Turns from “minicar” to a strange looking boy. We think his alt-mode, which looks pretty nifty / Was based on the Fiat Abarth 750. Of the Minibots from 1986 / Wheelie’s the only new mold in the mix.
He came with a rubsign, for checking his faction / And early ones came with a badge you could patch-on. Instead of a blister, when sold by Takara / He was packed in a box with a card of his artwork. This mold was redecoed into Orion / Pax‘s old dockworker friend, Dion.
